4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and custom pieces are final sale unless defective.
- The return should be made by customers through post (Indiapost or any other postal service).
- The returned product will be received, verified and then will be accepted if it is in an acceptable condition.
