Domestic Shipping (Within India)

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.
🚚 Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select cities)
💸 Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- For orders below ₹999:
- Standard Shipping: ₹69
- Express Shipping: ₹149
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Available on orders up to ₹3,000 with an additional fee of ₹49
Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and link.
- You can also track your order anytime via [Saiko website/app].
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct. Saiko is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delay Disclaimer:
Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather issues, or courier partner delays. We’ll always keep you informed.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at care.saiko@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7011803149
- We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
International Shipping:
Currently, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned as we expand!
